Kartell is a leading Italian interior design brand that was founded in 1949 by Giulio Castelli and is currently run by Claudio Luti. Kartell produces qualitative and durable furniture, furnishings, lightings and home accessories known for its  multifunctional and appealing aesthetics in colourful plastic and unique shapes.

Kartell collaborates with many international high-profile designers to maintain the brand’s innovation and exclusive reputation. Throughout the years Kartell has contributed with recognizable design icons such as the Bourgie table lamp and the Louis Ghost chair.


Stockholm Design Week is an important opportunity for interior brands to showcase their vision and style. During the week in 2018, Kartell wanted to raise awareness of the brand’s creative history and heritage in addition to launch the spring news.


Pretto PR helped Kartell to host a press day at their Stockholm flagship store . The day consisted of a VIP press breakfast and an open house for lifestyle and interior oriented influencers and journalists.


The VIP-press breakfast resulted in a successful intimate gathering with Swedens most prominent influencers and journalists in interior decoration..

Kartell’s retail and marketing director Lorenza Luti, the third generation of the Kartell family, got the opportunity to personally inform the guests about the brand over a beautiful Italian-themed breakfast.
