Crystal Head Vodka

The client

The brand Crystal Head Vodka was launched in 2008 and its luxurious product is made of peaches and cream corn as well as the purest water from the Atlantic coast of Newfoundland. Distilled seven times and filtered three times through quartz sand, the liquor is finally bottled in a magnificent glass skull. The result is a crystal clear premium vodka of the highest quality.

Mission

Galatea, one of Scandinavia’s leading beverage suppliers, assigned Pretto PR to develop a branding and sales promoting event concept for their portfolio’s Crystal Head Vodka. Galatea aimed for a concept that would position Crystal Head Vodka among the target group and in a natural and non-sponsored way create strong relationships between the brand and selected key influencers.

Implementation

Pretto PR created an event concept in cooperation with the luxury hotel Lydmar in Stockholm to highlight Crystal Head Vodka’s exclusive premium profile . Five carefully selected key influencers each got to invite their friends to a private party and sleepover in a suite at the Lydmar Hotel, sponsored by Crystal Head Vodka. For the needs of the five events, the Lydmar suite was re-decorated by a set designer to match the brand image and renamed to The Crystal Head Suite.

Results

The event concept generated great buzz and Pretto PR managed to get some of Sweden’s most popular influencers to host the events in The Crystal Head Suite.

The social media post of the events’ attendants reached over 2.700.000 million people.

Crystal Head Vodka increased its sales during the project period and the product entered Systembolaget’s permanent in-store assortment.
