In a time when gender issues are debated more than ever Camilla Thulin stands strong in her explicit feminine expression.

Camilla Thulin Design was founded in 1992 and is today located in a charming courtyard at Södermalm in Stockholm. The design is exclusive with a classic and colorful expression. All patterns and samples are handcrafted in the studio by their  cutter and tailor. Camilla Thulin Design focuses greatly on detail, from defining the perfect fit, to choosing the best fabrics, all to give an exclusive look.

Mission

Pretto PR´s mission was to handle the entire production – from development of invitations, guest list and seating to monitoring of result and coverage in media during Stockholm Fashion Week SS19 with focus on highlighting the feminine design and the courage to be proud of being a woman.



Implementation

During the month of August, Pretto PR arranged the fashion show for Camilla Thulin SS19 collection at the Grand Hôtel during Stockholm Fashion Week 2018. The selection of models consisted of several prominent women such as Sara Danius, Ewa Fröling, Dominika Peczynski and Monica Ahlberg among many others.

Results

Camilla Thulin SS19  became a huge success and received great coverage in both social and traditional media. The biggest buzz of the show was the design collaboration between Camilla Thulin and Sara Danius that received standing ovations as Sara Danius entered the catwalk in her iconic self designed statement piece: the tied blouse.

Overall, the show generated over 40 publications and social media posts in key media with an estimated reach on 6 225 783 followers/readers during the period of two days.
